Where do I even start? My husband and I are first-time home buyers and as expected we are completely clueless and scared of the process. My sister-in-law recommended Jennifer to us and we are so glad that we went with her. She is the sweetest and warmest realtor you will ever come across. She is very responsive and patient to all our questions and always makes sure we are on track of everything. It is honestly overwhelming especially the paperwork but Jennifer made it easy for us explaining everything in layman's terms. Working with her is like working with your best friend. She will be by your side until you step foot in your new home. We are so happy to have her and indeed if you need a realtor, go with her and you'll never regret it.

The first time was about 6 years ago when Jenn was just starting out in the business and was very hungry and working hard to prove herself. I am pleased to report that she is still working very hard to serve the needs of her clients. She goes way beyond most realtors I have experienced. Her local knowledge is top notch, she is very familiar with the process and bumps that can occur and has often anticipated an issue and has a plan to deal with it in reserve. She is very responsive to questions and issues and is a good negotiator. We (as demonstrated by using her again) highly recommend her, regardless whether you are buying or selling. In both cases, we sold the property quickly and over the asking price, a price I might add which we felt was reasonable given market timing and conditions.

Jennifer is a very pleasant and patients person to work with. Always came with a willing and friendly attitude during a very pressing time. Upon meeting Jennifer, we felt as if we knew her for years. She made us feel very comfortable to talk with and be around. When it came to assisting us with our home purchase, Jennifer traveled for an hour to an hour and a half just to show us homes that we picked out to see in our area, she caused us to feel like she really cared. Her negotiations for our new home was honest, fair and informative. We are happy to have our new home and Jennifer is a big part of that. Jennifer was very diligent about finding new homes for us to take a look at, and was super responsive to all of our questions at all hours of the day. I felt a little overwhelmed finding an agent initially, because I wanted to make sure I found someone I could trust. Jennifer never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable with, and would point out negatives to a house we may have missed. It really felt like we were house hunting with a friend who had our best interest in mind, but with the added experience and knowledge of a Realtor. If I ever win the lottery (fingers crossed!) and decide to buy a new house or sell this one, I know I can trust Jennifer and Sandra to take care of things.
